| The 1st Bedfordshire Medieval Fayre at Twinwood Airfield. The weather was disappointing, but it was still an excellent event where Destrier undertook mounted hunting games; the Paladins of Chivalry demonstrated the arming of a knight and courtly dancing; the De Cobham Household carry out fight demonstrations; the Company of St Barbara performed an artillery display; the Herbert Household showed off their skill with the longbow, the Lancaster Armouries hosted a full contact tourney; and the Medieval Siege Society and other groups re-enacted the battle of Northampton. |
